Molecular Biology AnalyzerThe VCHECK M is Bionote's one-step molecular biology system. Specifically adapted for veterinary, taking advantage of an analyzer that they already use successfully in human clinics.The VCHECK M uses the PCR or LAMP techniques depending on the pathogen analyzed.LAMP technology is a technique similar to PCR that performs the analysis at a constant temperature (unlike PCR) and therefore does not require a thermocycler (the system used to change the temperature in PCR).Analyzer and operationThe apparatus consists of a console (screen) and a work module.The console is the control element of the analyzer where the sample data is indicated. The instructions on the screen indicate that we must add the name or code of the patient and the sample.Results are obtained in 1 hour, although high positives may appear earlier. Once the analysis is finished, we can see the reaction curve of the control and of the different tests of the kit.
