Introducing MNCHIP's new molecular biology line. The name of the equipment is MNCHIP Real Time PCR.
It is a rapid PCR system that provides results in 60 minutes without the need for RNA or DNA extraction. The temperature is constant throughout the cycle, without applying temperature increases or decreases as in classic thermal cyclers.
The starting sample is a nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, anal, faecal swab, blood or ascitic fluid. It is important to consult the technical sheet to know the type of sample required.
The reagent includes an internal control that must be replicated and discoverable by the team. Otherwise, the result is not valid.
The result is indicated as negative or positive. It will be positive if the presence of the analyte is detected before 36 cycles (cT = cycle threshold). If after 36 cycles the analyte is not detected, it is a negative result
